Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Service": The SentiQore web application, APIs, and all related features operated at sentiqore.com.
• "Account": The user account you create to access the Service.
• "Subscriber": The individual or entity that has subscribed to a paid or trial plan.
• "Client data": Business continuity management data (risk registers, BIA records, strategies, governance documents) that you input into the Service on behalf of your clients.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your Account. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind any organisation you represent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

SentiQore and its content, features, and functionality are owned by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

You retain all intellectual property rights in the Client data you input. By uploading Client data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Data Processing

When you use SentiQore to process personal data of third parties (e.g. emergency contacts in your Client data), you act as the data controller and we act as your data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (available from legal@bits-solution.com) governs that relationship and forms part of these Terms upon execution. Our general data practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. AI Features

SentiQore includes Rasid, an AI-powered analysis assistant. Rasid is designed to assist qualified BCM professionals, not to replace professional judgement. Outputs from Rasid are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for validating AI-generated content before acting on it or presenting it to clients.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) EUR 100.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our retention schedule.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration.
